Enterprise City participates with Washington County Solid Waste (WCSW) to properly handle garbage.  Weekly residential garbage pick-up is handled by WCSW but is billed by Enterprise City as part of your monthly utility bill.

Commercial businesses are required to arrange for their own garbage service.

If your trash was missed on pickup day, you can call Republic Services at 435-773-4969

Bulky Items:

Republic Services will no longer be doing curbside bulky item pickup. However, bulky item drop-off to the City/Washington County Solid Waste District Collection Station (Dump off of 950 East 100 North) will be available again as a replacement to that service. Bulky item dumpsters are on the North and South sides of the dump. Republic Services:  435-628-2821 or 800-438-5927

Limbs and Yard Debris:

Limbs and yard debris can be taken to the City’s Burn area or under certain conditions may be burned in your yard.  Please see the Burn Area and Burn Permit page on this website for details.

City/Washington County Dump Station:

The City/Washington County Solid Waste District also provides a “dump station” on 100 North St. next to the Power Substation (approximately 950 East 100 N).  These dumpsters are for residential use only.  Commercial and construction materials are not to be placed in the dumpsters.  Make sure that you do not dump hazardous materials or other items that are not allowed into the dumpsters.  Fines will be assessed for violations.

Recycling:

Recycling is voluntary in Enterprise, with recycle bins conveniently located near the post office.  Funds from the recycled materials are refunded to the City annually, so we encourage all that wish to, to use this service.  Please help us keep this service, by making sure that the Recycle Bin area is kept clean of debris and garbage.  Make sure all items are put into the bins, not around them.
