The Planning Commission is a review and recommendation body, with some limited decision making authority in the area of land use.  Responsibilities of the Planning Commission include: reviewing subdivision requests, conditional use permit applications, zone change requests, annexation applications, business license applications, and also review of the Enterprise General Plan.
